No. The MP4 is one still image for the whole song, with your MP3 as the soundtrack. Nothing is animated and no new footage is generated.

The file is Full HD: 1920×1080. The image is scaled up or down with its original proportions so the whole picture fits inside that frame. It is not cropped or stretched. If the picture is not 16:9, the extra space is black.

Yes. This page does not use the song-extender time limit. Upload the full MP3 and the video matches that length. Very large files are still subject to the upload size limit.
